Disclaimer
Please be aware that coaching is not therapy. Coaching deals with the present and how to move into a desired future, whereas counselling supports people in unearthing and healing wounds from the past. We will, of course, touch upon the past, as the past informs the future, but we will not dwell there.
Coaching and counselling are complementary practices and can be experienced concurrently as a solid foundation for growth and change. Should we determine that you would benefit from counselling, either in place of coaching or as an adjunct to our work together, I will willingly support you with this transition. Your wellbeing is paramount.
